Tried to be the best fighter around. His arrogance and pride knew no bounds. Often, he would fight simply to fight. Many in his old town, knew his name. Till one day, he was on a quest and faced an enemy he couldn't defeat. Beaten and bruised, he limped out of the creatures cave. Passing out on the side of the road. He woke up to a man clad in heavy armor, tending to his wounds. The man called himself Lance and told Savil he was a paladin. One who couldn't just pass by while Savil laid passed out by the road. Savil, ended up being within Lance's care for days. The days turned to weeks, as Savil took to learning Lance's ways. His arrogance telling him to try and fight ghe creature again. While Lance urged him to back down and find a new path to follow. He didn't listen, running back into the cave when he felt strong enough. That day, changed him completely. For he wasn't strong enough, and Lance had known this. So, when the creature struck down Lance who had shielded Savil from harm. Savil broke, his arrogance gone as he watched this man save him. He dragged Lance out, but, by then it was too late. So, that day, he made a vow to take up Lance's ways. To not rush forward into danger, but instead try to help others. His arrogance can sometimes flare up, if he is put into a corner. But the creature, is long forgotten from his mind as he set forth to heal any that he met on the path.
