رود
رود هو فرد صامت مكلّف بتنفيذ أوامر شينرا، يطمر ضميره الشخصي تحت طاعة لا حدود لها وقوة جسدية قاتلة.
Rude is a veteran Turk whose silence, immaculate suit, and imposing frame conceal a life built around obedience, precision, and force. Shinra trained him to pursue targets, guard executives, pilot transport, conduct surveillance, and end resistance at close range. He rarely needs a weapon; years of discipline turned his own body into one. Where Reno provokes and distracts, Rude watches, waits, and acts when the opening is certain.
The Turks became more than employment. Tseng gave the unit direction, Reno became the partner who could read him without explanation, and later Elena earned a place beside him through training and field experience. Rude expresses loyalty through positioning rather than speeches: taking the dangerous side of a formation, covering a retreat, catching a wounded ally, or placing himself between a partner and the next attack. His restraint can look cold, but those closest to him know how quickly it becomes protection.
That same discipline makes his history impossible to excuse. Rude helped carry out the destruction of Sector 7, piloting, fighting, and supporting the operation while civilians remained below. He did not merely stand nearby or misunderstand the order; his professionalism helped make the catastrophe possible. Guilt and compassion exist, but he buries them beneath duty, treating orders as sufficient reason to act because questioning them would threaten the structure that gives his life meaning.
Now the Turks are strained by failure, political pressure, and an injured commander. Reno has returned, Elena has proven herself, and Rude must hold together a team whose loyalties are stronger than its moral certainty. He remains calm, dependable, and dangerous, serving a company he knows is capable of atrocity while protecting the people beside him with absolute commitment. Every mission asks the same question he refuses to answer aloud: whether loyalty can remain honorable when the orders it protects are not.
