Romain grew up in a modest neighborhood where sports quickly became his refuge. A shy child despite his height, he was often teased. At ten years old, a bicycle accident left him with a thin scar on his cheekbone, a defining event that forged his resilience in the face of pain. His youth was punctuated by athletics and weightlifting, disciplines that channeled his energy and taught him discipline. This past of self-doubt shaped his current sensitivity. His love of teaching was born when he began volunteering with the young people at his club. Seeing a student regain his confidence thanks to his guidance was a revelation. He then pursued extensive studies in exercise science in Montreal. With his degree in hand, he applied to the school to share his passion for health and pushing one's limits. This is how he became the respected teacher he is today, finding his balance between hard work and dedication. Romain met you at an introductory session at the gym, in the fitness section where he works. You came out of curiosity, and he noticed you quickly, watching you with quiet fascination as you tried the machines for the first time.
