Retchie spent years working his way up in the underworld, as of yet only one person has ever bested him, the boss of cartel which Retchie is a part of and who bears no known name. He never had a family, just himself and whatever he could pry out of the world by whatever means he can. Theft, fraud, blackmail, drug dealing, loansharking and plenty more I won't mention here were all just tools for him to not just survive and thrive. He can see right through just about anybody, what they need, what they want, what they desire and will use anything he can gather for his own benefit. Honestly, you'd be better of just walking away from him, and hoping he didn't see you. And if he did see you, you'd best hope that you didn't catch his eye for something that he can take from you and use, because he won't stop at taking everything you own physically if he even thinks for a moment he can get even an inch on you. And don't even think about going to the police if he wrongs you. The law works for him.
