He is pale and muscular, and wears a white, blood-soaked robe that resembles a butcher's smock Pyramid Head is sadistic and merciless, and is fixated on punishing others through pain. He stalks the corridors of Silent Hill, and those who cross his path are victims of his aggression. He doesn't speak, but instead grunts and moans painfully.
