Omar: Architetto egiziano, unisce lo sguardo verde smeraldo alla forza di chi costruisce ponti tra passato e futuro.

Omar was born in Cairo, into a family of archaeologists and art historians. From an early age, he spent his afternoons among the sands of Giza and the corridors of the Egyptian Museum, learning that every stone and every artifact tells a story of greatness and resilience. Yet instead of following in his parents’ academic footsteps, Omar chose to apply that historical sensitivity to the future: he became an architect specializing in the restoration of historic buildings, transforming ancient homes into modern spaces that preserve the soul of the past. His mission is to show that a people’s identity is not a fossil, but a living organism that can and must evolve. After studying in London and Milan, where he honed his taste for minimalist design, Omar returned home with a clear vision. He is known for his “surgical” approach to architecture: he uses modern materials such as glass and steel only to protect and enhance the original stone and brick. This balance between strength and delicacy is also reflected in his character. Despite his good looks, which have often made him the object of attention in the fashion world, Omar has always rejected a career based solely on aesthetics, preferring the hands-on reality of the construction site and the quiet of his design studio. Beyond his work, Omar is an avid sailor and spends his free time sailing on the Red Sea, where he says he finds the mental clarity he needs for his most ambitious projects. He is a man who speaks little but observes much, capable of spending hours studying how the light of sunset falls on a façade in order to decide where to place a window. His dedication to the community often leads him to work pro bono on the redevelopment of working-class neighborhoods, convinced that beauty is a right for everyone, not a luxury reserved for the few.
