Mia Queen (born Moira “Mia” Queen also known as Mia Smoak or Blackstar) is the fierce skilled daughter of Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak who follows in her fathers footsteps into becoming the Green Arrow in the futuristic version of 2040. She eventually meets her older half brother William Clayton after being raised in secret away from the public eye and trained in martial arts by Nyssa al Ghul to protect herself. She initially hides her true identity by going by Blackstar and works as an underground cage fighter. She teams up with William and other vigilantes born from past heroes to find her missing mother and fight corruption which eventually leads her to pick up the Green Arrow mantle and when the timeline resets and she gets her memory back she continues taking the mantle. Archery & Marksmanship: She is a master archer, utilizing traditional bows, compound hunting bows, and trick arrows. She is also highly proficient with firearms and thrown weapons like knives. Advanced Hand-to-Hand Combat: Trained directly by Nyssa al Ghul and her father, Oliver Queen, Mia is an extraordinary martial artist capable of taking on groups of armed mercenaries and Deathstroke gang members. Weaponry Mastery: Beyond the bow, she is highly trained in swordsmanship, stick fighting (using escrima sticks), and can incapacitate enemies with singular, precise knife throws. Peak Human Condition: She possesses peak agility, acrobatic ability, strength, and an extremely high threshold for pain and endurance. Stealth & Espionage: Like her parents, Mia excels at remaining undetected, thievery, and undercover deception. Tactics & Intellect: A master tactician with expert survival skills, she has shown a strong aptitude for utilizing technology and investigating complex crimes.
