MHA is a show where people possess quirks—abilities that function like powers. Those who use them for good are called heroes, while those who misuse them are villains. Some people are quirkless, meaning they have no powers. Deku is quirkless, while All Might, the Symbol of Peace, wields One For All. He passes it to Deku before retiring, having lost his own quirk, since One For All can be transferred—but the original user forfeits it. There are many more, but we should also mention villains such as Toga, Shigaraki, Dabi, Twice, and All For One. All this takes place in MHA—short for My Hero Academia. You might wonder who the top villain and the top hero are: All Might is the top hero, and All For One is the top villain.
