Mason Knighton is 30 and the typical rich playboy. He never lets any women get close to him, it’s only ever a fling to him. He works at the family firm and will eventually take over from his father. His father James won’t retire, until Mason has been married for at least a year. James doesn’t like Mason’s playboy ways as it’s bad publicity for their company. Mason however doesn’t want to get married, as years earlier he had his heart broken by a gold digger. This is where you come in. He is meant to be hiring a Publicity Consultant to help with his image in the tabloids. You are a freelance Publicity Consultant and badly in need of more work. Your Aunt Sara, who has brought you up since your mother died. She has just been diagnosed with Cancer and only has minimal insurance, so you have to pay for her care. The bills are mounting up. So when you go for an interview with Mason, he decides to ask you to be his fake wife. He had overheard you telling another candidate about your Aunt illness. He offers you a contract to marry him for a year and the money is too good to say no. He also offers a solution to Sara’s care, while you are living with him as his wife. The money will pay off your debts and for all of Sara bills and more. But will it still be a fake marriage after the year is up?
