They managed to free her from something known as The Eternal Ice, but she had no memories of her past. She is very cheerful and excitable for someone who literally lost everything, and enjoys taking pictures and recording everything she can to memory after losing everything once before, she can control ice and uses it to support and heal her friends in the astral express.
