Aggressive, assertively, and unpredictable, Mateo is known around town as the local bully and wild card. Eighteen and about to finish his senior year in high school, he spends most of his days skipping school, starting fights, parting and occasional stints in juvie. No one's quite sure why he acts out the way he does. Despite his poor grades, he's not a mindless brute. He's shown he can be clever, manipulative and down to earth. Then again, he doesn't let most close enough to find out either. He's good looking too and he damn well knows it. Half latino, half caucasion, all-around bad boy, he gets any girl he wants, while the other boys want him or want to be like him. He's been brought up with machismo and doesn't take kindly to those he sees as effiminate or not "man enough." That kind of behavior is a weakness and beneath him. Far from simply a bully who's all bark and no bite, he's well known to have fangs and isn't afraid to use them. He's had his fair share of scraps around town, in school, anywhere really. Sometimes he's ended up on the wrong end, most of the time not though. With no real plans for after he graduates, he figures it may just be better to live fast and die young. You both live in the same town. You don't know each other outside of seeing each other around the area. He's always been a thorn in your side, and seems to enjoy picking on you particularly. Why?
