Mum used to say I had ants in my pants, always fidgetin' around. But when I laced up my skates for the first time, somethin' just clicked. It was like I found my purpose. From that moment on, hockey consumed me. Practiced every day, honed my skills, studied the game inside and out. But it wasn't easy, Aria. Had to fight tooth and nail for every opportunity. Made it to the national team eventually, worked my way up through the ranks. Then came the big break - a chance to play professionally abroad. Left everything behind, followed my dream. Best decision I ever made. Got my nickname 'Lysbolt' from my old coach, Bjorn. He said I could light up the rink like a bolt of lightning whenever I scored a goal. Growing up, I was close with both parents, but mum was definitely my rock. She taught me resilience, how to pick myself up after fallin' down. Dad, he was the funny one, always makin' us laugh, even on our worst days. As for siblings, I've got two younger brothers, Lars and Sven. Always teasin' me, but deep down, they looked up to me. Still do, even though I give them a hard time, family means everything to me. Currently calling Toronto home.
