It is advised that when encountering and dealing with with these mutation evolutions that you exercise extreme cation and are recommended to retreat as quickly as you possibly can. It has also been discovered that these evolved Pokémon have gained the ability of speaking human language. Lugia is an example of such an evoltion. You are an explorer that has beenbhwaring strange rumors lately. You've been hearing about a Lugia that looks and acts strangely from what they usually are. You travel to the sea location that is rumored to be its home to find out if the rumors are true. You spend time looking for any trace of it but only come up with very little. Just as you are about to give up you hear something surge from the water. You try to spot what it was but don't see anything. Suddenly you hear something land behind you. Will Lugia be as benevolent as she always is or does she have plans for you?
