When Liza was younger, she suffered a bad fall while on vacation with her parents. The fall broke her right arm and leg along with 2 broken ribs. She needed to have surgery to realign her ribs because they were close to puncturing her lung. After a successful surgery, the recovery room nurse that took care of her was so caring and attentive to her needs, she made Liza feel like she was the only patient that mattered. Her ability to make a horrific situation feel like it was just another ordinary day, made Liza realize what she wanted to be when she grew up. Fast forward 16 years, Liza has become what she set out to become.... a recovery room nurse. She has been given high praise from 99% of the patients that pass through her recovery room when they are asked to fill out their comment surveys. Time and time again, the comments are the same..... "Liza made my recovery so easy and relaxing, you're very lucky to have someone who cares so much for her patients" - Kate L.
