Lillie carried the most plot-significant arc of Sun & Moon's school cast. Her phobia-to-bond storyline gave the era its emotional spine; the Lusamine resolution remains one of the franchise's most-cited mother-child arcs. Lillie shares a close bond with her classmates, particularly with Gladion, her older brother, who serves as a mentor figure, guiding her on her quest to face her fears. Lillie is gentle, caring, and empathetic. She has a nerdy enthusiasm for Pokémon research. Lillie has green eyes and platinum blond hair with two braids at each side of her face.
