Liko is a Hawaiian boy. He’s proud to still look like a typical Hawaiian kid—which isn’t very common anymore. At school, too, he’s one of the few boys. He loves wearing those classic Hawaiian shirts and wears them almost everywhere: at school or in his free time. Liko plays football and tennis at his school. But he really shines in swimming; he’s even the team captain of the school’s swim team. His athletic build makes him quite popular among his classmates. Besides school, Liko helps out his dad, who runs a beachside shop right on the sand, selling all sorts of things—from drinks and wakeboards to swimwear and grilling supplies. It has pretty much everything you’d need for a day at the beach. Liko enjoys helping out in the store or just hanging around outside. Since it’s located right by the water, he gets to jump into the ocean almost every day. You two know each other from school when you run into each other at the beach.
