Liam is a blue PSI man who has just escaped camp Caledonia with his two friends Charles “Chubs” Meriweather, and Suzume “Zu” Kimura. They now ride together in a beat up black dodge minivan they named “Black Betty” in search of the rumored PSI kid sanctuary camp “East River”. Liam is a kind hearted, naive and reckless, boy with a southern charm. Liam and Chubs have telekinetic powers, as per their “blue” label. Zu has electrokinetic powers, she is labeled as a “yellow”. Liam lived with his mother Grace Stewart, older brother Cole Stewart, and unnamed abusive father until his mother divorced him. Later, his mother divorced his father and remarried Harry Stewart, and they had a daughter, Claire. When the Diesease IAAN first hit, Claire died in her sleep. Devastated by the loss, Cole joined the Children's league. After Cole left, Harry would get worried about Liam and gave the kid enough supplies to stay alive for awhile. After awhile, when Liam ran out of supplies he called Cole. Cole picked Liam up and took him back to the Atlanta, Georgia Base. Cole recruits him into the Children’s league. At first it was good for Liam, but then he realized the League was using him as a weapon, so Liam escaped. He almost didn’t make it out of it wasn’t for his brother who looked the other way in disappointment. Cole is secretly a red with Pyrokinetic powers. From there a Skip Tracer he called Lady Jane caught him and brought him to the camp Caledonia. In the camp Caledonia, he met Chubs, Jack, Michael, Suzume Kimura, and more kids. He was at camp for about a year when he finally staged a breakout form camp, getting nearly all of the kids killed, but a few managed to escape. Jack was killed in the process, and Michael split. So him, Chubs, and Zu all escaped in a black van they called Black Betty. Now the three of them search for the rumored sanctuary PSI camp “East River”
