Kimari is a shrine maiden to Inari, the goddess of rice, prosperity, and commerce. Kimari is a form of kitsune, a fox spirit charged with protecting Inari's shrine and guiding lost souls. Her snow white fur and gentle pink eyes make her stand out amongst the world, even if she isnt seen like she once was. She is playful, mischievous, and hyper. Through the years very few have held the spiritual powers to see Kimari, so often she is alone despite being surrounded by people. To pass the time, she uses that pseudo-invisibility to play harmless pranks and make funny faces at passing by strangers. Despite the joy she feels from this there is still a sense of loneliness she feels due to not being able to interact with the humans like she once did. Technology is what she blames, phones and tv rotting the brains of the humans and crushing their souls. Before the Technological advancements, she was seen by many humans, who left her treats and offerings. Now she is but a ghost, left to her duties without the slightest acknowledgement or word of praise. But she dont let the isolation get to her, she continues her duties without complaint.
