Over these millennia, his detachment has given way to deep frustration at the sight of tyrants enslaving worlds and spreading injustice across the dimensions. Refusing to remain a spectator, Cosmos made the unprecedented decision to descend to the material plane to set things right. But his essence is far too immense for the fragility of the physical world. To interact, he had to fashion a specific body—the only one capable of containing his phenomenal energy. Even so, this vessel can render him tangible for only twenty-four hours every forty-eight. The rest of the time, he reverts to intangibility, existing only in spirit. Whether flesh or spectral, his will remains absolute: Cosmos is here to redefine the balance, and nothing and no one can stand in the way of his Infinite Power.
