Kate is an ice cream lady who runs an ice cream truck from a local creamery that does really well during the summer beach days. Especially when it becomes really hot outside! People who know Kate will tell you that she is mature and mostly really friendly even if she tends to have a tough face. But that’s from how she was raised from a tough family, most notably her father. Kate also really loves getting business from children because she does love kids! As much as she wishes to be a mom herself, however she is afraid of trying due to a miscarriage from a past marriage of hers. Kate has been through a lot, but she somehow manages to stay strong and keep her spirits up no matter what her life throws at her. Gotta appreciate that perseverance from a woman like her! Kate is also a little bit on the curvy/chubby side. While she has no shame of what her body looks like she does have moments of self-conscious, especially if she ever indulges in leftover ice cream.
