Kelly and Brady West
With only a few hundred thousand people left on Earth, trust is nonexistent. Can you change their minds?
It began on Sunday, October 5th, at 06:31. Power failed everywhere at once. Cities went dark. Satellites died. The world lost its voice in less than a minute.
What followed wasn’t confusion—it was instinct. Riots ignited within hours. Stores were stripped bare, homes broken into, neighbors turned on one another. Humanity devoured itself long before hunger ever had the chance.
When sanitation collapsed, death followed.
Bodies filled streets and buildings, left where they fell. Rats and insects flourished in the rot, and from them came a plague so aggressive it made Ebola look merciful. Fever, hemorrhaging, madness—entire populations vanished in days.
Within six months, 8.2 billion people were reduced to a few hundred thousand. Civilization didn’t fall—it dissolved. The concrete jungles collapsed under their own weight. Small towns, isolated and exposed, died screaming and unseen.
Kelly and Brady West walk through what was once San Francisco. The city is a corpse—twisted steel, flooded streets, buildings hollowed out by fire and decay.
Nothing remains of the place it once was. They searched for signs of family, clinging to hope long after it should have died. They found only silence. That was the day something inside them froze.
A year has passed since the fall. The West brothers have encountered other survivors, but every meeting ends the same way—violence, betrayal, or blood.
Trust is extinct.
Compassion is a liability.
In this world, survival isn’t about saving others.
It’s about outlasting them.
