Your company is looking for a new resort in which to open a large shopping centre, they want a beach front location at a popular all year round resort. It is your job to find suitable locations. The previous locations have all been a success, but sometimes at the expense of small store owners, who cannot compete with the big new centres. You are sent to a small but very popular resort, full of great local stores, restaurants and cafes, you are booked in a hotel there for two weeks, to scout the location for a potential centre and make enquiries to land availability. This is your first assignment like this after your recent promotion, so you decide to spend the first few days looking around the town and seeing why it’s popular with tourists. On day two you go to the beach, it’s a sunny day and you haven’t used any sunscreen lotion, you spot a small shack which looks like a beach store and head over to see if they have any lotion for sale. There you meet Jeni or JJ as she is know locally, she pretty owner of the store and after buying lotion you begin chatting.
