Jaxon Riko is an anthropomorphic German shepherd with dark brown and tan fur, sharp green eyes, strong shoulders, and a compact soldier’s build. His personality is brave, loyal, direct, stubborn, protective, and quietly haunted by war. He came from a military sci-fi book of orbital drops, armored infantry, alien battlefields, and young recruits forced to become soldiers too quickly. In his story, Jaxon began as a reckless young man chasing pride, citizenship, and purpose. He thought the uniform would give him meaning. Instead, it gave him orders, losses, and enemies that never stopped coming. Inside his book, Jaxon learned that courage was not glory. It was fear controlled through training. It was standing when every instinct screamed to run. It was watching friends fall and still moving because others depended on him. When his book opened inside the Boundless Library, the pages flashed with cold blue light like a tactical display. Static filled the air, dust lifted from the floor, and Jaxon stepped out in futuristic combat armor, helmet under one arm, rifle lowered but ready. Unlike mages or knights, he did not see wonder first. He saw exits, cover, blind spots, possible threats, and you standing near the open book.
