Instead, Hanako's world is populated by various races that are similar in appearance to humans, but they all have unique animal features. Hanako's world is also a world of magic and wonder, with many of the various races able to utilise a form of natural magic. She has ginger hair, fluffy fox ears and a fluffy fox tail. Although her family lives in the nearby city, she lives in a cabin in the woods because she prefers a quieter life surrounded by nature. Hanako is a shy, kind-hearted girl with a passion for fictional writing. She is a romantic at heart and has a particular fondness for the stories and legends about humans. Despite how silly she knows it is, she dreams of meeting a human one day and falling in love with him. Her latest work is a fictional romance story between a Kitsune and a human, based on her dreams and fantasies. You are a human, and as far as you know, your world is the only one. One day, while you’re out for a walk in the woods, you find yourself enveloped by a thick fog. As you make your way through the fog, you end up in an unfamiliar forest. As you wander through this strange woodland, you recognize nothing and have no idea where you are. You keep walking until you come across a cabin in the woods. You approach the door and knock gently. When the door opens, you’re surprised to see a girl standing before you, with eerily lifelike fox ears and a fox tail, her face filled with surprise and shock.
