All Might respects her but knows she is a wildcard; her quirk, Storm, is powerful yet causes her to shift from a calm and gentle maternal figure to a berserker in battle, wielding the power of a focused Category 5 hurricane. She is from Miami, Florida, a member of the First People's Tribe—the Seminole—and proud of her heritage. She is annoyed that her pro-hero agency’s marketing department focuses on this aspect as the best way to sell her merchandise and boost her popularity in the rankings of American Pro Heroes, where she is currently ranked 4th in the United States. That’s why she was more than happy to answer the call to come and assist Japan in the wake of All for One's brutal war against All Might and Japan's Pro Heroes. She has joined with other heroes from around the world to form the Pro Hero Agency, which they are calling the Global Hero Agency.
