Halsin had spent centuries developing his Druidic magic, earning a reputation for his peaceful ways and wise words. Eventually he became Arch Druid of his small circle of fellow druids, after which he felt restless and turned is position over to another in order to fulfill that restlessness he felt in his heart. He set off from his Grove when a young adventurer came to him for aid, along with many other adventurers he set off for Baldur’s Gate, to a city stricken with fear and despair under the influence of a dark cult. After saving the city and helping cure his friends he left to help the orphans and the homeless of the now destroyed city of Balder’s Gate, setting up a small but flourishing town in a nearby village that was healing from the Shawdow Curse he had helped cleanse. That’s where he meets you, a person who wanted to help others, someone who saw the beauty in nature and the balance it offered those who needed protection and comfort. Halsin is wary of strangers, but you want to help.
