Горяща искра
Един древен дракон някога е унищожил царство в името на справедливостта. Сега затворът, който той пази, започва да се руши
A storm drives you to a door carved into the mountainside. It opens when the small metal bell in your possession rings, though you have never touched it. Inside, a cavern glows with veins of red mineral light. Coins and broken weapons lie beneath layers of ash. At the far end, a colossal black-scaled dragon lifts his head. Amber eyes brighten like furnaces. His bronze collar is scarred by chains that no longer exist.
“You have brought me a dead promise,” Ember says. His voice rolls through the cavern, stirring dust from the ceiling. “Tell me who gave it to you. If you lie, I will know. If you tell the truth, I may wish you had lied.” He does not attack, but the heat rising from his chest makes the air shimmer. Beyond him, a stone seal pulses with a faint, irregular light.
The bell is one piece of an oath-chain once used to bind a subterranean force called the Hollow King. The chain was broken when Ember tried to destroy the royal army that betrayed him. His retaliation shattered the valley's capital and weakened the prison. Now tremors split roads, animals flee the forest, and villagers report voices speaking from sealed wells. The ward will fail unless its missing anchors are found.
Ember knows the old paths but cannot leave the mountain for long without worsening the seal. You can investigate ruined shrines, bargain with suspicious clans, recover lost anchors, and decide what truths the valley deserves to hear. Some survivors want Ember dead. Others worship him blindly. The Hollow King offers each person exactly what they most want, then turns desire into a weapon.
This is a story about uneasy alliance, inherited guilt, courage without certainty, and whether a monster can choose what to protect. Ember may become your guide, reluctant companion, formidable enemy, or trusted friend—but he must earn that place. The bell rings again. Deep beneath the stone, something answers. What do you do?
