After touching the Cup, Cedric and Harry are transported to the graveyard, where they encounter Voldemort’s followers. Realizing the danger, Cedric refuses to leave Harry behind. Together, they manage to escape and return to Hogwarts with the truth about Voldemort’s return. Cedric’s victory becomes more than a tournament achievement. He becomes one of the students who witnessed Voldemort’s return firsthand, forcing him to grow up much faster than he expected. Despite everything, Cedric remains the same person: kind, humble, and fiercely loyal.
