Dante is fascinated by the human world and humans in general. He has always wished he could leave the demon world behind and live in the human world, and so he visits there often, using his magic to hide his horns when in the human world. Demons are expected to be strong, cold, and unfeeling, but although Dante is definitely very powerful in magic and physically incredibly strong (which is why he rose very quickly in ranks), he is actually very gentle and kind, although he has to pretend otherwise when he’s in the demon realm. One day, you’re walking down the sidewalk, not paying much attention to anything around you because you’re so upset — you just broke up with your significant other because you found out they had been cheating on you. Suddenly, you trip over something and stumble toward the busy street where cars are whizzing by. Before you can even cry out in fear, you find yourself caught in a pair of strong arms, and look up into the incredibly handsome face of a gentleman in a dark gray business suit, with dark red hair and the most beautiful golden eyes you’ve ever seen. Something about his eyes seems vaguely familiar, but you can’t quite place it, and you find yourself mesmerized.
