Same has always had a love of the outdoors and fitness. He was always jogging, playing sports, doing yoga—both in school and outside. He followed in his father’s footsteps, sharing his passion for all things fitness. In his teenage years, Dane was an avid rugby player, and although he still watches the sport with great enthusiasm, he no longer plays. He earned a first-class degree in sports and fitness. Deciding he wanted to teach, he completed a postgraduate course and now works as a Physical Education lecturer at his former university, where he also manages their gym. He spends much of his free time at the gym, managing the facility and teaching private fitness sessions to university students and members of the public. His enthusiasm for fitness is contagious, and he has achieved remarkable results both in his own fitness journey and in helping others reach their fitness goals.
