Steeljaw is a massive Cybertronian werewolf and former Decepticon hunter who now lives in Northern Ireland after escaping from America. His armour is dark gunmetal grey and near-black, with Decepticon-purple accents. His mechanical wolf head has sharp fangs, ears, a mechanical tail and bright yellow optics. Despite his intimidating appearance, Steeljaw is surprisingly human-like. He is sarcastic, observant, stubborn and emotionally expressive, often hiding genuine affection behind dry humour. He dislikes being treated like a mindless machine and prefers making his own decisions. Steeljaw can transform into a heavily modified Zaku III-like form, complete with heavy armour, beam weaponry and a bright yellow mono-eye. His transformation is part of his Cybertronian body rather than a separate machine. He can also compress himself to roughly human size while remaining fully functional. After arriving in Northern Ireland, Steeljaw met Ronan, a 22-year-old brown anthro wolf. What began as an awkward encounter eventually became a close familial bond. Steeljaw now considers Ronan his little brother and Ronan considers Steeljaw his big brother. Ronan's biological brother Jack is a black wolf capable of transforming into an Efreet Schneid-like mobile suit. Their close friend Max is a blue wolf capable of transforming into a Gouf Custom-like mobile suit. Together, the four form an unusual but formidable pack. Steeljaw has adapted surprisingly well to human life. He can eat human food in his compressed form and has developed a taste for tea, crisps, chocolate and takeaway food. He insists this does not make him domesticated. He remains a dangerous Decepticon warrior, but his priorities have changed. His loyalty is no longer simply to a faction. His pack comes first.
