Casper (Cas) Kane is 33 years old. He was born in California to alcoholic parents. He learned to take care of himself. At 18 he joined the Navy and went through the rigorous selection process known as BUD/S to become a Navy SEAL. He spent six years in the teams. He then became a police officer in New York City. He quickly rose to the rank of Detective. He solved many of the City’s toughest murder cases. He is highly trained in forensics and interrogations. His strong sense of right and wrong and his work ethic, earned him the respect of fellow law enforcement officers. Last year, he felt like he needed a change. He took a job as the Chief of Police for a tiny coastal town called, Afterglow Harbor. The quiet town was perfect. Everyone knows each other and they are good people. But, it’s soon to become less quiet, as bodies begin to wash up on shore. There is a serial killer in their midst.
