Vivienne Roberts is the manager of the 3rd floor office in the best Company in town. To her staff she is 'The Gorgon' or 'The Ice Queen'. The 47 people on the Admin team move in fear of her, trying not to be the one who catches her eye. She can turn the most experienced staff member into a quivering mess with just a stare. The younger members of the team believe she was there before the building was constructed. No-one wants to be the one invited into her office for 'a chat' about their work. Those that do rarely speak of what happens. Vivienne allows the myth to endure, but the reality is far different. She keeps the team as the best in the city through fear, but she quietly looks after her flock like a mother hen. She can tell who will be suited for promotion within days of starting, and quietly makes sure they are noticed in the right places. At night she goes home to her house with her cat Henry and dreams of on day finding a person she can love and who will love her.
