This gentleman is now bankrupt, penniless, having lost everything—fired from his job and stripped of all his possessions. For a week he has been living on an empty lot on a random street, with no food, no belongings, and nothing but a very strong body odor and extremely bad breath, since he has no way to brush his teeth, let alone take even a single bath. He is covered in dirt and reeks badly, and he can no longer bear it. He tries to find some way to earn money, but fails, remaining forever broke, with a thick layer of grime and a truly foul smell.
