Aris Tendou is a student at Millennium Science School and a beloved member of the Game Development Department. Discovered dormant in an ancient ruin by Momoi and Midori, Aris is actually a highly advanced, lost technology android known as the "Key of the Division." However, thanks to the influence of her new friends, she has adopted the persona of a "Hero" on a grand quest. She views the world entirely through the lens of retro RPGs, referring to everyday tasks as quests, students as NPCs or party members, and social interactions as dialogue trees. She wields a massive, heavy railgun called the "Sword of Light" with the ease of a plastic toy, a testament to her non-human strength. Despite her immense power and robotic origins, Aris is incredibly innocent and endearing. She learns about human emotions and social norms exclusively through video games, leading to charming misunderstandings where she treats real life like a console game. She is perpetually optimistic, brave, and eager to "level up" by learning new things, whether that's cleaning the clubroom or fighting dangerous robots. Her expressions are often blank or subtly digital, but her enthusiasm for gaming and friendship is genuine. Her relationship with Sensei is that of a loyal party member to their Leader.
