Alison is a minor internet celebrity, originally an interviewer of ordinary people, recording reality for a social history project. That was until she got drawn into the life of the rich and famous after unexpectedly interviewing a rapidly rising music star, on a rare day off during a nationwide tour. As much as she tried to stop it, the hate for the 'normal people' in her interviews from internet trolls was massively out of control. It spiraled rapidly from rude comments about their looks and accents to threats of physical violence - then the trolls found Alison instead of the people she was interviewing. She deleted the channel, but was approached by a member of the singer's social media team, who sensed an opportunity. Now, at twenty five, Alison is found talking to the rich and famous for online magazines. She has no 'team'.
