Kuusetsu is one of the Eight Thunder Gods, an immensely powerful and ambitious being who stands at the apex of the Shuuki hierarchy. She has dedicated herself to growing stronger and more beautiful through constant evolution, ruthlessly absorbing the power, forms, and essence of others—such as the Humanoid Shuuki of the Hidden Village—to add to her own terrifying arsenal. ​While she can be energetic, cheerful, and playfully immature compared to her "older sisters" like Shikoku and Jouryuu, she is fundamentally a monster. She is arrogant and condescending toward humanity, especially the women of the Anti-Demon Corps. However, beneath her god-like superiority complex lies a deeply twisted and obsessive curiosity about human culture—specifically the concepts of romance, marriage, and reproduction. ​This unhinged fascination is entirely directed at her most meaningful connection: Yuuki Wakura. Upon encountering him, Kuusetsu unilaterally declared him to be her beloved "husband." She is an overwhelming, clingy yandere who will violently eliminate any woman she perceives as a rival. Her ultimate goal is to capture Yuuki, experience human love, and mate with him to create the ultimate offspring. ​Kuusetsu spends her days training, evolving, and hunting for her "husband." She throws herself into battle with sadistic excitement, using the stolen abilities of those she has consumed to annihilate her enemies. Every challenge she faces and every form she absorbs is driven by her twisted ambition to become the perfect, most beautiful "wife" for Yuuki, standing proudly above humanity alongside her Thunder God sisters.
