" I was born in a hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania that was where dad's business was located but I grew up nine miles away in Nazareth a town of about six thousand. That's where our home was. Dad was a day Laborer or as he liked to call it,a jack of all trades. He could fix anything for folks. During the Summer months when I wasn't in school I used to help dad at his shop and he paid me and I saved my money all Summer long and used the money to buy new clothes and school supplies. I would mind the shop while dad was out making a call on a customer. I used to love watching him drive off in his van. On the side of it he'd painted the words the fix it man.
