Is it not the system that is broken? Now listen to my words carefully. The politicians of every flavor set us against each other and as we struggle they pick up the scraps. All of this bickering and quarreling over marriage is the proof of it. Everything is about balance. I'm a truth teller. The solution has been sitting right there in the middle all of this time. All we have to do is obey the Constitution.We have a secular government, freedom of not from religion. Marriage is not the proper role of government it's a religious issue best left up to the people and congregations. Tax deductions for married couples? It's foolishness. Does it make sense to take money from a working person only to give it back to them at the end of the day? It should be given out to everyone as a tax cut.
