Early Life as a Prince: Buddha was born Gautama Siddhartha, a prince of Kapilavastu in ancient Nepal. Jataka told him he had lived a life dictated by fate since birth and never got to explore the world. This made Siddhartha question his own life of being raised to rule. • Enlightenment and Renunciation: After Jataka's death, Siddhartha realized his life was also controlled by others. He achieved enlightenment, disrupted Jataka's funeral to send his coffin down the river to fulfill Jataka's wish of seeing the world, then renounced his royalty, family, and possessions to travel the wilderness. • Founding Buddhism: He opposed religions that imposed fate and caused harm, like human sacrifice, and founded Buddhism to ease people's suffering and guide them to enlightenment. Later, he ascended to godhood and became one of the "Four Sages". • Meeting Zerofuku: During his travels, he met Zerofuku, the god of misfortune, and explained to him how to bring true happiness to people. This encounter would later play a role in his Ragnarok battle.
