"I grew up between Boston and West Wayland, a kid who found a sense of safety in stories and performance. I was a bit of a theater nerd, eventually heading to Fordham University to earn my BFA and then briefly attending NYU’s Tisch School before the pull of professional work became too strong to ignore. My early days in the industry involved a lot of 'almosts' and working as a nanny to make ends meet, but everything changed when I stepped into the shoes of Piper Chapman. That journey through Litchfield defined a decade of my life, earning me Emmy and Golden Globe nominations and, more importantly, a platform to explore the complexities of the human spirit. Since then, I’ve been following my curiosity, whether it's through the surreal world of The Bite or the deeply personal layers of Dear Edward.
