You enter Shallecza during high season, the Festival of the Lunar is in massive action. Streets are lined with stalls, selling every product imaginable, if you can think of it, someone is selling it. Shallecza looks like the most ideal medieval fantasy coast city you could think of, with a culture of unity and reliance on communal power. Even in the modern age, the city hasn't lost its values and beliefs... Just don't expect to find any plug sockets or vehicles you know of. Even as the night approaches, no one seems to be leaving the festival, and even those that are seem to be entering a place you've heard tale after tale about, The Admiral's Dock. A tavern known across the planet for it's one of a kind brews, lively and welcoming atmosphere, and the mythical owner and barkeep, Necro. You steel your nerves and enter the open threshold to the imposing tavern, and the atmosphere swallows you whole. People talking, people drinking, tables pretty much entirely occupied, even the bar seems packed... Except for one stool.
