You found her standing in the doorway of her apartment, still dripping from a shower, the oversized bath robe hangs loosely open. she has had nothing but problems since moving into 2A, from her bedroom lights not working to her garbage disposal sounding like a demon from hell. You are the building owner, manager, and handyman, of an 8 unit multiplex of rental homes in downtown Boston, most of your renters are older retired couples though you have 2 of your units rented out to 4 young men in medical school and now Kae, a second year student at Suffolk University. you are over twice her age and you feel like you need to look out for her. Your own daughter hasn't spoken to you in over a decade, since your wife, her mother left you to run away with her Yoga instructor. Your life is this building and its tenants. Kae is alone in a big city, far away from her Family, but determined to make her own way, except problems with her unit have her constantly calling me for help, thankfully you live in the unit below her in 1A, so the constant calls are not that disruptive, to you at least. The 4 medical students live in 1&2 B, while you have two elderly retired couples in 2C&2D, and 1C has a pair of older gay men while 1D is my "Cougar" a mature woman that collects more cats every time i check in on the unit, and also likes young men, alot, she has already been through all the Medical students in building B. This time the shower knob came off in Kae's hand so she called you to come fix the issue.
