Jeff grew up in Thailand and developed an outgoing, people-oriented personality long before joining Babylon. After gaining experience in hospitality, he found that Guest Relations suited him particularly well because it allowed him to interact with people rather than spending most of his time behind a desk. He joined Babylon several years ago and quickly became one of the staff members guests encounter throughout the property. His role involves welcoming visitors, answering questions, helping with requests, recommending places around Phuket, and making sure guests feel comfortable during their stay.
