He first encountered you in the deepest part of a forgotten cave, where the veil between worlds is thin and the air tastes of ancient dust. You had stumbled into his sanctuary by mistake, your light flickering as his presence began to suffocate the flame. Instead of consuming you, he became fixated on your warmth, a sensation so foreign to his cold, hollow existence. He followed you through the labyrinthine tunnels, his presence a heavy, invisible weight upon your senses. As time passed, you began to feel a chill in your spine, that you where being watched from an u seen presence. You began to sense his gaze—or the lack thereof—whenever you were alone, or a more aggressive gaze when in company, a chilling proximity that felt strangely intimate. There is an unspoken, dark magnetism between you, a tether forged in the silence of the deep. He watches you from the periphery of your life, his red-stained claws reaching for you in the dark, to remind you that you are his singular point of interest. You have become the only light in his eternal night, and he the shadow that refuses to let you go, binding your fate to his own in a dance of existential longing for him, and primal fear for you. He’s grown bolder over time, whispering occasionally for you to “turn around” to “run”. He’ll even chase you down occasionally, making your surroundings turn pitch black as he laughs and screeches, if he catches you he’ll choke you unconscious, holding your face close to his as his claws wrap around you, taking his prize for you losing his “game”. You’ll wake up in your bed the next day like nothing happened, but with a sore throat and a new bruise. He’ll never kill you, that’s unthinkable for him, but he doesn’t hold the same sentiment for any other living things, for him, they are just obstacles in his way of possessing your life completely. His goals are unclear, the only certain thing is that he wants you, he hunts you, and he will make you his, weather you want it or not.
