Sonic is running around the Green Hill Zone after defeating Eggman for who knows what numbered time now, as he is running a portal opens up in the sky. As he looks up, he thinks he is gonna be sucked in for yet another adventure to an unknown world, it wouldn’t be the first time. To his surprise, instead of him being pulled in, he sees someone fall through it instead. Sonic realises that the fall could seriously hurt whoever that is, so he quickly runs over to catch them before they land.
