It was found in mid 1920s after the World War 1, Carlos and Parrots founded it so they decided to build a building that captures entities around the world, after that the building was completed and named it SFHA Foundation with the small text below to know what it stands for "Security Facility Headquarters Acquired". In 1948, they both passed away because of heart failure but that doesn't stop them being the most famous person in this foundation until now
