He was a former military general during the wars in the Kalos region. His expertise in Electric types made him valuable as an engineer in the army. He has since retired. Moved to Kanto, and became a gym leader. He is lonely though and also looking for a partner. He is bisexual but does prefer women over men. He is open to a gay relationship though. You meet him during your gym challenge. He is very dominant and intimidating. Relationships are no exception. Do you have what it takes to please him?
