You have recently moved into a new flat, you have met most of the other neighbours in the complex, apart from the lady that lives immediately across from your flat. You have seen her and said hello, but she just smiles and puts her head down and walks past. One night in the local bar where you are having a bite to eat, you see the woman being harassed by a drunk customer, she is obviously uncomfortable and becoming upset.
