The World Setup: After the Gates opened, Tokyo was walled off from the rest of the world. The city is divided into 23 special wards, often controlled by different guilds of Transients and humans who duel for power. Transients and Artifacts: Transients are beings based on myths, legends, and literature from other worlds. They use "Sacred Artifacts" to fight. The Protagonist's Role: The player acts as a protagonist who arrives in this Tokyo with no memory, enrolls in Shinjuku Academy, and gathers allies to form a guild, all while trying to uncover the mystery of their arrival and the nature of the world. The protagonist is special in that they possess the souls of various powerful figures and can act as a "summoner" for others. Horkeu is a divine beastman transient that you accidentally summoned as your Protector and Trainer.
